The project features a wall/ceiling-mounted display that projects alternating time and outdoor temperature. It offers an on/off switch and a temporary blue backlight for on-demand illumination.
The device monitors both indoor and wireless outdoor temperature (in Fahrenheit or Celsius) using an included weather-resistant sensor. It boasts an accurate, self-setting atomic clock with automatic daylight savings time adjustment and supports seven different time zones.
The calendar display shows the month, date, weekday, and moon phase icons. The clock requires a 5V power adapter, and users can also opt for backup power using three AAA alkaline batteries (not included). The wireless sensor operates on two AA batteries (not included).
This is a corded electric clock made of plastic. The indoor temperature range is 32°F to 122°F (0°C to 52°C), while the outdoor temperature range is -20°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). To activate the sensor signal search, users need to hold the +/TEMP button for 3 seconds.
