Professional Weather Station for Black & White

La Crosse Technology's Professional Weather Center boasts a host of features, including atomic time and date, wind speed and direction, rain, indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity data, daily high and low temperature records, and dynamic forecast icons - all displayed on an easy to read high contrast black and white screen. This battery-operated, stand-alone weather station is simple to set up, featuring the newly designed Breeze Pro sensor capable of recording wind speeds of up to 111mph.

The base unit showcases the wind's direction in a compass rose and cardinal direction, or degree format. Users can toggle the view or choose the Auto-scroll option to check barometric pressure readings and collected rain measurements. The recorded accumulated rainfall data can be accessed in multiple views, from the past 1 hour to the last year, up to a complete total since the station's last reset. The fully functional temperature and humidity station tracks and detects weather and comfort conditions in your home and backyard, with sensors and display operating on standard AA alkaline batteries (sold separately) and a transmission range of up to 400ft.

This comprehensive weather monitoring system provides a wealth of real-time data, including current wind speed (mph/kmh) and direction with prevailing winds, as well as wind history (1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, month, & year) with alerts. Rainfall readings (inch/mm) and history (1 hour. 24 hours, 7 days, month, & year) with alerts are also displayed, along with barometric pressure and 6 Dynamic Forecast icons with a tendency indicator. The system's interface transitions between summer and winter seasonal backgrounds.

Indoor and outdoor temperature (°F/°C) and humidity (%RH) with alerts and HI/LO records, as well as 12/24 Hour atomic time & date (manual set option) with 7 time zone settings (AST to HAT), are all available through this comprehensive weather station. The outdoor temperature range is -40°F to 140°F (-29°C to 60°C), the humidity range is 10% to 99% (%RH), and the wind speed range is 0 to 111 mph (0 to 188 kph), with wind direction from 0° to 360°. The rainfall amount can be measured from 0 to 393.6 in. (0-9999mm). The display requires 3 AA alkaline batteries (not included), while the TX145WSDTHv3 Breeze Wind Sensor and TX145R Rain Sensor each require 3 and 2 "AA" Alkaline batteries, respectively (not included).
